About the Journal
Metakom : Jurnal Kajian Komunikasi (p-ISSN:2443-3691, e-ISSN: 2715-0089) is scientific, peer-reviewed and open-access journal managed and published by Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Lampung on March and September. Metakom : Jurnal Kajian Komunikasi publishes original research on the study of communication from theoretical studies from academia and practitioners. The Metakom Journal is peer-reviewed and can also be accessed freely by anyone (open access) to further introduce the journal to the public.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Frequency
METAKOM : Jurnal Kajian Komunikasi publishes at least 6 articles both in March and September every year. Each accepted article will be published online as soon as they are ready. All accepted articles will be published in the printed version journal.
